- Rent is late if payment is made after the 3rd day of the month.
- The late payment fee is $35. This fee can also be made online.
- You will receive payment confirmation after your payment is made.
- By selecting the Pay Now button to the left you will be taken to PayPal’s secure payment gateway to process your payment.
